Registration

Please see the form for convention registration information as well as hotel reservation and banquet meal purchase options.

Payment may be made by check or credit/debit card. 

Registration form should be submitted to Department by June 20, 2025 so we can finalize arrangements with the hotel.

All payments for the banquet must be submitted to Department HQ. Checks should be made out to “American Legion Dept of WA” and in the memo put “banquet”.

Credit and debit cards will be accepted; however card processing fees will be the responsibility of the cardholder.

Room rates $149.00 are quoted exclusive of local taxes and fees, currently 12.2% taxes and $4.00 per room, per night Tourism Promotion Assessment. Quoted rates will be offered, based on availability, to attendees 2 days before and 2 days after the event dates.

Reservation Deadline for Group Rate: Saturday, June 7, 2025.
