MidWinter Conference Registration Form

    Each Legionnaire and SAL member should submit a SEPARATE registration form to attend the conference. Please do not include other Legion Family members on your form.

    Please register by January 3rd.  If you require hotel reservations, you must make them yourself.

    Conference attendance is FREE

    Lunch Buffet is $25 in advance (on/before Jan 3rd), or $30 after.

    Lunch Hosted By Post/Unit 94 will be: Selection of Sandwiches by Merconi’s, Soup, and Water/Soda.
