    *All Legion and SAL members and guests who plan to attend the Department Convention must complete this document and return it to the Department HQ office by June 20, 2025

    *All Auxiliary members must register through the Auxiliary. Any meals provided by the Auxiliary must also be paid for through them.

    *Please note: submission of this form does NOT reserve a hotel room, you must do this on your ownYou must call the main number at the hotel to make your room reservation.

    Department Convention is Friday, July 11 through Sunday, July 13, 2025 Pre-Convention DEC and some committee meetings will be on Thursday July 10, 2025
